This book is the product of our survey and research work in the lower Uruguay River, carried out from 2003 to date. It includes ecosystems and animal species (insects, fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals) and plants (plants, shrubs, etc.) and trees) present in the lower portion of the River basin, as well as information on their conservation and ecology. This publication presents 256 pages and is illustrated with hundreds of full-color photographs.
